No.. mod isn't short for modest, although here, in this hijabifashionista's blog - it can be.So the 'mod' look is all about prints- but as fashionistas (let along hijabifashionistas) we're not going to push it, so we're going to keep the patterns in the short sleeved top and the accessories - the sunglasses. Soooo unlike the last post, where there is a lot of pattern in the tunics and none at all in the accessories, here, we are putting very little pattern in the top, and a lot of pattern in the extreme sunglasses. You can also keep the top solid and wear a patterned hijab, but if you do that, don't wear patterned sunglasses (too much clash), but rather, wear a patterned bag or shoes.
